"I want to compliment you and your crews for the professional work you recently completed on our home. The craftsmanship is excellent. From the first meeting we had you where very pleasant and provided us with important information that we needed to make the right decisions. You set the schedules for each segment of work and completed them often time before the scheduled complete date. There was a few shingles that were inadvertently damaged. You had a crew out the next day and had them corrected. The original quote is what we paid. There were no add-ons or "incidentals" forgotten on the original quote. "We recently engaged your company to restore our home from the recent hail storm damage, to our roof, siding and gutters. We would like to commend you for the fine selection of your different crews. Each crew was very professional, courteous, and speedy. They all paid attention to every detail and handled each special situation very carefully and professionally. Upon completion of each job, each crew did an excellent job of cleaning up the site.
Most of all we would like to praise George Grisaffe your Field Supervisor in our area. He had a crew working on a home across the street when, we discovered that we had water leaking in out house from damaged flashing around our chimney. I mentioned that to George and he sent one of his men over to caulk around the chimney. Without even knowing that we were going to use your company to do the future work needed.
But he was most impressive after we actually agreed to have the work done by your company. He would come by every day to make sure all the work was being done to our satisfaction. He went out of his way to do little extra things that we needed. What impressed us most, was the fact that, when he said he would come back to take care of this or that. He actually did come back as promised! Unlike most companies that, once they get you to use them they disappear. Then when you have a problem after the jobs are complete, you can't get a hold of anyone. And that is the most frustrating thing about hiring a contractor! We hope that you will recognize what an asset George is to your company.
